No hems required; to shorten, simply cut and tack the seam allowance. This textile is produced in an eco-friendly way. Our fabric producer is committed to following a sustainable process that reduces their carbon footprint, including reusing water, using clean energy from renewable sources, and minimizing packaging whenever possible. beautiful and comfortable

The color is actually a green. Will be perfect for a fall wedding as well as other occasions. I am 5'1" and preferred the small. XS was a bit too clingy. Looking forward to wearing it after it is shortened
