We hope you love what you find at M2057, but if for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase, please consult the following to learn about our return policy.
  • Return shipping is free of charge for domestic orders in the contiguous United States. We ship with UPS Ground.

  • All return shipments must be postmarked within 14 days from the time you received your order for a full refund. This also applies to purchases made as part of a Pinto Box.

  • Items postmarked after the 14-day window are returnable for store credit, good for 60 days from the date of receipt of the original order.

  • We cannot accept any item for return that bears any indication that it was worn, washed, or altered.

  • Returned items must include all original tags and packaging, no exceptions.

  • Full-price merchandise is returnable for a full refund on your credit card.

  • Sale merchandise is returnable for store credit of equal value at M2057.com.

  • Merchandise that is 70% off or more or marked “final sale” is not returnable.

  • Merchandise received as a gift is returnable for store credit of equal value at M2057.com.

  • Gift cards to M2057 are not returnable.

  • M2057 reserves the right to refuse returned goods.

  • Please note, these return policies also apply to purchases made as part of a Pinto Box.

Returning Merchandise to M2057

  1. In your return shipment, please include:

    • The unworn, unwashed item(s) to be returned, with original tags still attached.

    • Your completed Return Order Form (included in the original shipment).

  2. For customers in the contiguous United States:

    • Please call 888-868-2057 or email customercare@m2057.com—with the subject line “Return Request” and the "E####" order number listed on your packing receipt—to request an RA number and a return UPS shipping label. We’ll send your RA number and the new shipping label to the email associated with your M2057 account within 2 business days.

    • Fill out your Return Order Form as completely as possible to expedite your return.

    • Seal the package properly and securely and ship via UPS.

  3. For Alaska, Hawaii, or international customers:

    • Please call 888-868-2057 or email customercare@m2057.comwith the subject line “Return Request” and the "E####" order number listed on your packing receipt—to request an RA number. We’ll send your RA number to the email associated with your M2057 account within 2 business days.

    • Fill out your Return Order Form as completely as possible to expedite your return.

    • Seal your return shipment properly and securely and send via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL to the address listed on your packing receipt, included in your original order. Please choose a shipping method that requires recipient signature upon delivery.

  4. All return shipments must be postmarked within 14 days from the time you received your order.

  5. For full-price merchandise, we will refund the full amount to your credit card. For sale merchandise, we will issue you a store credit to M2057.com. Merchandise marked “final sale” is not returnable. Merchandise received as a gift can be returned for store credit.

  6. Please allow 14 days to process your request and refund your credit card, if applicable. Note that most banks require additional business days to post the refund to your account.

  7. M2057 is not responsible for any return that is lost, stolen, or mishandled during transit.
